Perhaps the best thing to do would be to felt the angora into a large flat
piece, get all the shrinking done and then cut it into thin strips and use
that as weft in your weaving. There is a way (that I can't remember how to
do) of sewing the ends together and folding that makes it easy to cut into a
continues strip.

angora 
felts *extremely* easily. Even careful handling catches up with 
angora *fast* (moisture in the hand, soak washing, etc) unless I were 
blending it out HIGHLY (like at least 50% and I'd be happier with 30% 
range). You also will lose the loft of the fiber if you spin it 
enough to hold together for warp (and it would still be very 
delicate). Mixing (yarns) might also be problematic since angora's 
rate of shrinkage is very high!
