I am amused at the "too warm" comments. I am *always* cold. (I say that carefully as I can just as well complain about being too hot in our high 90s weather.) My feet especially (until I started wearing alpaca socks!)

I would love to live in a 100% angora sweater and even considered spinning myself some lightweight singles for a cardigan. I haven't because I don't think that it would hold it's shape very well (tendency to grow/stretch). A blend with definitely be more suited for the project. But, alas, my husband is allergic.

As some have already pointed out, except for scarves, pure angora rabbit can also be too warm - even for the upper Midwest. Commercially, I've seldom seen pure angora - usually 70-80% mixed with soft wool it top.
