Without scroll view, Sibelius is an amateurish product used by amateurs to produce amateurish results with an amateur's productivity. Lack of a scroll view makes Sibelius practically unusable for any projects of moderate sophistication. The product cannot be taken seriously as long as they maintain that jumpy user interface.

You folks are complaining about spending 100 bucks a year to get continuous improvement. I spent 300 bucks for Sibelius four years ago and they still haven't addressed the one flaw that makes it practically worthless. Yes, Finale is annoying in many respects, but at the end of the day, you can use it to produce a high quality result with high productivity and reliable output. I don't believe the same can be said of Sibelius.
