No, that wasn't obvious -- in fact, this is the first I've heard of any such conflict. I will remove the Lite plugins and see if that helps any.

I could disable plugins for troubleshooting purposes, but that would make it almost impossible to get actual work done, and I would have to run Finale for a very long time to determine with any certainty whether doing this actually helped. As I said, since installing the processor upgrade, my Finale crashes come far less frequently (while I did have two Finale crashes yesterday, I'm hoping those are now the exception, not the rule).
