I disagree, since I'm not yet convinced that Darcy and Javier might not be experiencing different bugs which despite appearing similar, are not, and that Darcy's bug, or perhaps more accurately, the conditions which trigger it, are better defined, and the bug is therefore reproducible, while the conditions that trigger Javier's bug are not as well understood, and the bug cannot yet be reproduced at will.
