Mike,
We have gone through this once.  Do you remember?  It's nothing to do
with Finale.  You must check AMS before opening Finale.  If AMS doesn't
see Radium, you just need to unplug-replug.  If you don't want to deal
with this, get a small reliable MIDI interface such as MOTU FirstLane
(which I carry with my laptop, one for Mac, another for PC) and done with it.
