Here is my favourite for such a unique feature (or does Sibelius already offer it?):
Automatic Cue notes, by means of a cue note layer (similar to mirrors), which can also be used while there are real notes on the staff, and which only require me to drag and drop (or something similar) from source to destination.
I currently waste more time with cue notes than with any other notational detail.
My second one is a functioning figured bass tool inclusive basic playback. But I think Sibelius is already much better for this than Finale is at the moment.
