The November font was apparently designed with this in mind - on the
relevant website <http://www.klemm-music.de/november/index_e.htm> they
point out that inconsistencies have been incorporated into the font
itself.

A friend of mine has used November and it looked excellent - though
whether it's worth the US$89 is a personal decision I suppose.  But it
may help the music to look less "mechanical"!
