I didn't say FONT library. I said Finale Library. Go look it up. I
believe that is where he keeps his articulations and settings.
It is VERY relevant to his problem if he is trying to load a library
into a finale file, and the library is looking for a Font called
Articulations and it doesn't find it.

I think he means Library, as in a Finale Library.
So what is this font Library? The only font Library I could have, if I
saved it, is the "Default fonts" library. But I just don't see how
this is relevant to Chuck's problem.
