LOL, wish it was that easy :-) Seriously, I don't think it's feasible 
to make such a command without a lot of compromises. E.g. should it 
only put .debs you have onto the CD? Or all you have? Or build all 
missing .debs, and put them onto the CD? What about source? All 
source you have, all source you have that is "current", or first 
fetch all source? WHat about space? All Fink debds plus source are 
over a gigabyte, I think, no way to fit that onto a single CD (and I 
am talking about stable only here, not even about unstable, which is 
the next issue). Etc. etc.

apt-cdrom or whatever the name was is for that, and already exists.
