No problem. I'd suggest restricting posts to subscribers, to avoid spam. All the doc people should subscribe, of course, and all the core people. Ordinary users could subscribe, too.


Here's what I'd envision having for postings (manually or automatically):

1) A post made when a change is made to the main document (e.g faq.xml for the FAQ, x11.xml for the X11 documentation, etc.). This would be flagged as well with a notification to translate the document.

2) A post when a translation of 1) is added.

3) A post when a completely new language is made available.

4) Ordinary users would be able to post documentation-related questions/suggestions/etc.
