I used the foam stuff Sears (or maybe it was Home Depot) sells to line your 
tool box drawers. I took apart the kick panel "flapper" and put the foam in 
there. Then cut it out about 1/4" hanging over the edges. When you close the 
kick panel door the foam bends over and seals tight. These were on NON A/C kick 
panels with the manual operation. My originals were A/C but I never looked at 
them so don't know if this will work. Since I have V.A. AC I wanted to put non 
A/C kick panels in so I could manually open them to let fresh air in. I have 
pics on my website, but my website is through Roadrunner and is down. I have no 
idea how to get it back up without calling them and I keep forgetting. If you 
need pics let me know.
