Here's what I recall of the difference in the Grill between the non-400 and 400. The 400 has a chrome trim on top of the plastic all around the edge of the egg crate area whereas the non-400 just has the underlying plastic showing. Some people say the eggcrate is painted black on the 400's and trans-ams but I don't think that's correct. I think only the trans am had the black.
