Yes that is how I think it should work: Off means Off.

Ah, maybe I am seeing an alternative (even if I don't understand you
here).
"Off for all pages" could mean: don't open, don't listen to user
requests to open, but don't clear the white/black list either. So
once you uncheck "Off for all pages" the previous lists are again in
force.
Is that what you are suggesting?

I got you now. I thought that other post was about how Firebug worked.
Rather is it how you suggest it should work.

I agree with you. I think we should have "Clear the activation
lists" . I don't know if we need "Off for all pages". Maybe for
FireStarter.
