I just installed latest version, 1.4.2. I am using Firefox 3.5.2 on Vista Home Premium, 64-bit. I have installed (or tried to install) Firebug several times now, installation SEEMS to go fine, I restart Firefox as instructed, but never see the bug in bottom right corner nor see any other sign of Firebug being installed.
I have disabled Alexa (since it also uses bottom right corner) and Web Developer plug-in, since it might somehow conflict, but I never see right bottom corner bug, never see Firebug as one of my installed Firefox plug-ins, and don't see any other signs of Firebug, say in the Toolbars under View or Tools. Should I try an earlier version?
