Instead of spending all of your time trying to reverse engineer every
network protocol that enables an employee to loaf off just so you can
block it at the fireweall, why not let their supervisors actually do
their job and manage the resource that has been given them... their
employees?
Employees loafing off is a social/managerial problem, not a techincal
one. Let their managers deal with it.
