No offense Brian, but remind me not to acquire your company.  
I agree with Brian (the other one) absolutely. 
          I have people who will do unbelievable amounts of quality work and all I
have to do is not hang on their backs like an albatross.
        If my employees are doing their job and not causing me liability issues,
they are welcome to relax in any way that they can. It is hard enough to
keep good employees as it is without trying to keep a 1950's mind set on
top of it.
