I agree, but am not sure which company now you are referring to.
Stonesoft's addresses are available through the Contact Us link from our
homepage. There you can find e-mail addresses first, as we've seen time and
time again that e-mail is the preferred method of contacting us. However,
you can then follow the Offices link on the left to get the address and
main number of any Stonesoft office around the world. So I'm guessing this
doesn't apply to us?

I agree with you about proceeding with caution regarding any new company,
or any company that doesn't provide address information. And I also agree
with this point, to check out the competition. And in the firewall
marketplace, there are certainly plenty of competitors. Read the journals,
talk to the vendors, check their support and see how well they respond and
support you. Warm fuzzies are an important aspect of choosing a
vendor/product.
