Well, this may not have to do with Flex Builder. Flex Builder is an Eclipse plugin, and Eclipse has its own memory management issues. You may want to try the following: 1. Use a different (newer) version of Eclipse. 2. Use a different JVM with Eclipse. 3. Configure the eclipse.ini file to allow more memory for the JVM. If you're using the Flex Builder integrated install, it would be FlexBuilder.ini.
