Which is available as fldigi for dummies.   If your EMCOMM user never looks
at the 2 meter FM transceiver.  Has no idea of what frequency or wavelength
implies.  Never needs to log the contact.  Then preconfigure the application
as above.  If they are still confused it's time to get a new set of
volunteers.

Did I hear that many of these novitiates are unlicensed operators?  I sure
hope there is a control operator present with a valid amateur radio license
or that they are operating on frequencies other than those assigned to
amateur radio.
