I'm getting very strange behavior from FLARQ 4.3.1 with FLDIGI 3.20.12 on both my Vista desktop and xp netbook.

In testing with my VISTA desktop, trying to connect from another station, I would get the station in the FLARQ window, click connect but get a very long delay from when I hit the button and when it transmitted. After successfully connecting, my machine would consistently double with the other connected station.

Today I decided to run a test between the netbook and the desktop and when I clicked the beacon button on the netbook, it went it did not generate any sound but just went into the beacon timer mode.

Going back to the Desktop I tried hitting the beacon button and it too went into the timer mode... just for the heck of it I decided to go into FLDIGI and switch from PSK250R to BPSK and suddenly FLARQ/FLDIGI started transmitting... I then got an error window pop up and here is the log:
