Now *that* is a flame. > My problem with FlightGear, SimGear, TerraGear, and FGSD is that the USER documentation is inadequate, unless you happen to be a C++ programmer - which I'm not. You are correct...to a point. It's been (barely) adequate enough for me, although I can remember one time I actually did look at the code to figure out a doc ommission in Flight Gear. FGSD I haven't used. It would be immensely helpful for non-programmers to get involved in documentation as well. Finding specific areas of short coming, bringing the issue up on the list, and even in some cases taking the explanations and writing a little document on what was learned. It would save time for programmers (who should, but do not always, document). This is the link to the new FlightGear Wiki which is an excellent place to add documentation and anyone can do it: http://www.seedwiki.com/page.cfm?doc=FlightGear&wikiid=2418 Best, Jim _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.flightgear.org/mailman/listinfo/flightgear-devel
