Absolutely.  As Adam Smith would say, if he were project manager, let
each contribute in accordance with his (or her) natural comparative
advantages.  If you're a better coder than writer, code; if you're a
better writer than coder, write.

That said, we can also use docs in German, French, Dutch, Italian,
Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Farsi, and what-have-you, so English
itself should not be a barrier.
