How would naming the gear units work with something like the AN-225?  It has 
two nose units and seven mains each side.  Each of the sixteen units needs to 
be animated independently.

Also, I believe Nasal has the capability to run through an indexed series - 
would this still be possible with names?

I don't know if these could be problems or not but I thought I'd better 
mention it.
