Thus, if you really want just to see random trees placed into the scenery, you're obviously required to buy a bunch of other, unrelated features which (even without !! the trees) typically cost you between 10 and 30 percent of your frame rate, depending on where you're flying. That's really absurd, why does FG provide a couple of checkboxes to disable individual shader features, when a significant amount of the shader stuff can't be disabled at all !? >From my point of view the use of shaders has significantly gotten off course and out of control.
