Move snow line slider back to the rendering dialog.
Disable shader options with slider on 0 and show a message on how to enable
shaders.
Make vegetation checkbox independant of shaders (sorry Vivian, I did indeed
make a fault!).
Aircraft shaders are supposed to appear on the list one day, but Emillian is
currently combining
most (if not all) of the aircraft-shaders in one file. It's probably better to
wait on him before we do
something about aircraft shaders.
Let's first get the existing functionality right, before moving on to a
complete new feature.
