Hi Paul, I think part of the problem is that the mouse on this PC is an unbranded asian clone 3-button mouse and windows only recognises 2 buttons. None of the generic three button drivers work with it. I find using blender with only 2 buttons very cumbersome and not really supported by the Blender Documentation. The other part is just a basic mapping problem between my brain and the Blender interface... like trying to get Mac build to run on an Intel :-), neither is at fault they're just different!

It took me about two days to learn how to make FG models in Blender coming
from a 3D Studio and GMax background. It's really not that hard if you read
the docs and search the Elysiun forums http://www.elysiun.com/forum/

Once you get up to speed Blender is simply an amazing piece of software and
you can do lots of stuff you can't do in AC3D (which I did try to use a
couple of times).

But each to his own. :)
