Or perhaps the copy of the DOF that we've used is sufficiently out
of date to miss the wind farm in question.  We'll see.

P.S.  Just a suggestion -- when replying, feel free to remove old quoted
material that doesn't seem necessary to keep in your post.  No need to
send every person on the list 200 lines of old stuff (including multiple
