Crikey Chris!!!!

That looks fantastic!!! You did pick a rather large NZ airport to
recreate.....lots of small buildings everywhere and the ones you have
mentioned are the tip of the iceberg! Dont forget about the Canty
Aero-school over by rwy 11, that has around 6 buildings in the near vacinity
and only 2 of those are hangers!

Texture size can be a funny one.....go too large and most of the systems
will have trouble refreshing the screen fast enough to make the sim
believable and fun to fly. I have to work out this befoer I start on
Wellington terminal......curse my slow system! :)

The easiest way to judge sizes is to take the average height of someone, say
5'6" and then find out the height of the roof in the building....doors are
all the same height, mostly, so that can be a good indicator as well.

Another thing, rwy 11/29 is being extended in to the golf course in the next
few years to accomodate the larger aircraft coming in. This is our crosswind
rwy and only takes 737's at best, its too short for anything else....so we
might have to extend that part of NZCH as well, but thats a scenery thing
and might be more difficult to do as the roads are diverted further out.

Slainte,

Andy - getting ready to make Wellie Terminal before Dene gets his act
together (and hes really fast too....he had things completed before I new he
had even started them!!!!).
