Don't panic, the GA side of NZCH will not be forgotten!

My Athlon64 has a grunty NV6800GS in it, and even 2048x1536 is
OK to run Flightgear in. I need to set FSAA 8xS or 16x to even
stress the card to the point where I can distinguish individual
frames (less than 15fps)... :-)

I'll test on my P4 2.0 GHz, Socket 478 box with FX5700TD as well,
to know if slower machines will like the added objects...

I used a photo of the IT with a 747-400 nose up near the terminal
as reference. Its pretty rough, but airport security would not think
too kindly if I abseiled down the front with a 50m tape just to get
the height. Width/length is OK (google earth is your friend), but
height remains the tricky one... :-(

Excellent! You'll see B763 land there, but it would need to be a severe
norwest gale before they'll use it as active for departure! On days like
that I've seen 777's and 747's complete some pretty hairy looking drops
onto 02/20!

Ah! He must have started beforehand, without telling...sneaky! :-)

Kind regards,
