I'm going to use a 1024x1024 image soon, so will be re-doing all
the UV maps. I will use the 'Apply Scale and rotation' when I
do that. Thanks for the tip! :-)

I agree with that. The custom scenery website is a much better
place for it. The base scenery downloads are quite big already,
and while I'm able to gobble them at 1.2MB/sec from a local
mirror I respect that others may still be using 56k dialup...

As I understand it the process is very lengthy...

Perhaps a co-ordinated effort to sync to latest data could be made,
akin to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] project? Sharing the workload might seem to
be a good answer to allowing the updates to be made more freuqently?
