The FLTK-2.0 section now ends with Ian's sentence ...generally dormant.
I've updated the FLTK-1.2 section to read:
This was a branch of FLTK-1.1.x that attempted to add some of
the new features of FLTK-2.0. O'ksi'D provided UTF-8 handling
and Roman Kantor provided device independent printing support.
If I remember correctly, I credited O'ksi'D because his name came
up frequently while I was working on the UTF-8 documentation for
FLTK-1.3.x. Nobody had started on the printing interface in 1.3.x
at that time, so Roman's name didn't come up as often and he just
got missed off. My mistake.
If anyone has any further comments (O'ksi'D? Rokan?) please let
me know so that I can correct any errors.
