All of the glyphs where listed in the _h_m_t_x.ttx file generated by
Just's ttdump, with name, width and lsb attribs to the mtx tags. All
of the lsb attribs were 0 in the fonts I've dumped, except for .notdef
(which pfaedit adds to all ttfs it generates).

1/6th larger was for the comparison of all of the utopia strikes in a
single EBDT style font vs the ten 10646-1 pcf.gz files.

Is there any benefit to a bdat table over a EPDT table? pfaedit also
shows sbit as an option, but I've not been able to get it to generate
a usable font with that option.
