It would, in any case, be kind of absurd to have users download the 0.20.5 binary (as it was first released in July) --users who, since they're users of the binary version, may have no experience with Java building at all - and then, later on, *if* they want to enjoy the comfort of some patch or bugfix, require them to get familiar with CVS and have them rebuild FOP...
