So no one really wrote why we can't change stable release iso, to 
change to fl:2-qa iso instead.

And as i understand, we don't need to make users to change label anymore 
in fl:2-qa or fl:2-devel.
It should use the right installation label from start in -qa and -devel.

So i hope it's ok to change the download page to have fl:2-qa iso.
Will add some time for it later tonight.
