what the immediate need for the developement foss movement in a good pace in a homogenous manner throughout nepal then we need to develop a plateform which is available to all ppl who are interested throughout th nation and make sure the plateform doesnt suck..
1. The point that FOSS enthusiastic people outside ktm are very less can not be derived from the point that there is less posting from people outside kathmandu. 2. Gmail/G-group doesnt open in many cyber outside ktm due to very low bandwidth 3.
