Sorry, it looks like false alarm. With a clean compile, I cannot
reproduce it any more:
$ ./fossil sync http://[email protected]/fossil
password for jan.nijtmans:
Round-trips: 1 Artifacts sent: 0 received: 0
Sync finished with 526 bytes sent, 357 bytes received
