No answers on this yet but this FrameMaker file clearly has some bad juju in it, despite MIF-washing: in repaginating it, I've just had FrameMaker display only half of a floating table.
When I've put the book to bed I will do some experimentation with this document and try to get clearer picture of what's going on. -- Steve
