There is a copy of FM4 Windows (sealed in the box) on ebay for $15.99 (or best offer); I'd offer them $5. Also, there is a copy of The Frame Handbook by Linda Branagan (circa 1994) for less than $11 w/free shipping.
I have seen the Branagan book in some college libraries. My recollection is that is slanted to UNIX.
