For better or worse, and until it completely fails (which it hasn't), I'm 
still with FM 10.0, having started with version 5.5 back in 1998.

Just so you know that "you're not alone" ... I have a customer who is totally 
locked out of FrameMaker because of this issue, during a critical project 
period. They are not happy.
