@Lin Sims, It's good to know that it is possible for this to work. Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel. @TammyVB, Maybe it's worth checking with Adobe to see how to avoid getting into this situation. If @Lin Sims' upgrade worked without problems, perhaps you can still recommend the FrameMaker route to your client. I updated to FM16.03 when it came out, and I don't recall being asked if it was a business or personal profile or any kind of profile at all. I also have the full CC installed and have had no issues switching back and forth. On the other hand, both subscriptions are Teams, so maybe the people your IT team talked to don't know what they're talking about. Did you contact [email protected]?
