Yes this is included.
Due to the memory requirement I would like to use pointers (and a
player_list) and not static allocated memory for the players (and the
diplomatic state and all other points the the number of players is hardcoded
at the moment). This way, the default could be increased while saving some
memory if less than 32 players are used.
