When I try to get help from program into file (for example, I wish to
compare help from different versions or helo is too long), I use
redirection. Unfortunately, this not works with some programs, fortunately,
such program not too much. So, stderr for help screen is definitely wrong.

It _is_ necessary, because it is de-facto standard for getting help
screen.

It will be better.
The more so, I think, startup screen also should be nicer - for
example, without /VERBOSE not need to dump options from command line.
