With this tool you can mount almost all virtual images as a drive letter in Windows and unmount it again. Works very simple, you simply have to click on the image with right mouse button to mount it - and on the drive letter in explorer with right mouse button to unmount it (don't forget this) and start a virtual machine again. Should work with flp (vmware floppy), img (Image format, also diskettes, vhd, vdi, vmdk, maybe some others too, qcow2 seems to be not supported.

So you can simply add new files or remove older files etc., e.g. the new command.com, jemm etc. into the vm to test and report it - and I have the chance that your bug reports sound like "Jingle Bells" on my Android devices, when your mails arrive (joke).

Bernd already figured this out, thanks for report and fix :-)

Well, please update the many "bug reports" for games which did not
work properly in virtualbox. Those should be reported as virtualbox
problems, not as bugs of the games. At least THOSE which do work in
VMware or on actual hardware ;-)
