I believe that's the case.

I have AsEasyAs on DOS, mostly to *have* a spreadsheet, bit I don't
believe I've ever actually used it.

Elsewhere, I have MS Excel, Libre/Open Office, and Gnumeric, but
increasing do things in Google Sheets.  I can export from that to
something I can work in locally, and aside from the Sheets app, WPS
Office and AndrOpenOffice can both access it on my Google Drive from
my tablet.
