Log message:
Fixed the MIT_SHM detection code.

It was keying off of the XShm extension, which is incorrect.  At least
for XFree86..  (Xext) I hope we won't need to detect which one is
necessary.

Also moved it to the X_LIBS include rather than the LIBS include.
