* (a) Split SetNowSeen() again, using abs_rect_t things, and fixed it to set
the proper nsrect
* (b) CanBeHere now uses the new get_nsrect() and nsrect_clip() functions to
determine clipping regions

Question re (a): Should SetNowSeen() also set lsrect, or is that done by
Animate() only? The specs indicate Animate(), but I'd rather ask again...

Observations:
+ (b) fixes #112.

New bugs:
#137: lsrect is not set by Animate()
#138: Documentation: Docs are not up to date!

I guess this really ought to be filed now...

Changes to bugs:
#114 no longer applies to the beach chair in Iceman, updated
#135 is specific to gcc/Alpha; workaround: --mcpu=ev6, where applicable
