[FreeTrade] ascii import

I am going to need to write a script to read ASCII files into mySQL. (moving
data from one database format to another.) The export part is no problem but
I have not yet got into the perl script to read the text files into the
freetrade database on mySQL. I don't suppose any of you have a script laying
around I could cannibalize? It would save me a few headaches I am sure.
