I still think you guys need to think about WHY you really want XML. It is 
not necessary. Are you a BIG 5 company? What are you going to do with the 
DTD? Which of your consumers needs it?

XML is a great tool for some (maybe I am still not conviced, and it doesn't 
work yet anyway), and not needed for most end-user based apps. You just 
have to convert XML to HTML for your users to see it in their browsers 
anyway. M$ would love for you to think that XML is the next big thing. For 
me I don't give a damn.
