Hahaha....you'd have a harder time with a p4 seeing as how their max thermal dissapation is quite a bit higher...but I digress....
If you didn't have a full-blown ATX board, I would have recommended Antec's Minuet case...however, I think a nice lian li desktop case might cover you.
